Lafayette Jefferson High School

This past Saturday, the Lafayette Jeff Unified Track & Field team was crowned sectional champions, outlasting second place by 17points. Many Bronchos won their heats and/or flights. Those Bronchos are: Troy Thornberry (Shot Put) Kevin Monge-Godoy (100M) Jeff 4×100 Team (Hezekiah Brown, Troy Thronberry, Kian Thomas, Nickolai Schultz, May Chavez, Devion Penny, Matt Adams) Ah’keem Wilson (Long Jump) Davonte Stanton (Long Jump) Katie Graves (Shot Put) Dylan Dutton (Shot Put) With the sectional championship, the Bronchos will travel to Kokomo High School for regionals where they look to defend their crown (2022 Regional Champions), and advance to the state finals.
