Lafayette Jefferson High School

Over the holiday break, Athletic Director Justin Gardiner and the Lafayette School Corporation Board Members approved Ms. Cassie Dispennett as the new Head Coach of the Lafayette Jefferson Girl's Soccer program. Cassie is a 2019 graduate of Lafayette Jeff where she played soccer all four years. After graduating from Lafayette Jeff, Cassie attended IU Kokomo and played soccer there for five years. Becoming an all-around experienced player, Cassie made First-team All Conference in consecutive seasons. During her time at IU Kokomo, Cassie obtained her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and it brought her back home to Sunnyside Intermediate School. Cassie knows what it takes to be a Broncho and perform like a Broncho, which will help transcend the program as a whole. A message from Cassie: "I am incredibly excited and thankful to be a part of this wonderful soccer program and athletic department. I can't wait to work with these incredible athletes and help them grow as individuals. Once a Broncho, always a Broncho!"
