Jason Good Approved As New Assistant Athletic Director

The Lafayette School Corp. is pleased to announce Jason Good as the new Assistant Athletic Director at Jefferson High School. Good brings over 25 years of coaching experience to this position. He is currently Athletic Director at Fountain Central High School, a position he has held for eight years. While there, he has supervised coaches across multiple sports, managed the Athletic department and budget, and successfully led a K-12 feeder program. Prior to that, he was the head boys basketball coach (2011-18) and head girls basketball coach (2021-23) at Fountain Central High School, head basketball coach at Frankfort High School (2006-11), and head basketball coach at Germantown High School (2004-06). He has won multiple sectional championships and coached the Small School Player of the Year in 2014. Good is a 1996 graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary English education. He earned his master’s degree from American College of Education in Indianapolis in 2019. He and his wife, Lindsay, are the parents of a daughter, Henley, and a son, Preston. Good will replace Scott Leverenz, who is retiring at the end of the school year. He will start in his new role July 1, 2026.
