Richmond captured the LARGE SCHOOL DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP with 22 points and placed its first FOUR runners across the line in the division. TEAM RESULTS – LARGE SCHOOL DIVISION 🥇 Richmond – 22 🥈 Batesville – 66 🥉 New Castle – 85 4th – East Central – 93 And leading the way was Cale Newton, who didn’t just win the large school division — he was the OVERALL CHAMPION of the entire Rushville Classic field! 🥇 Cale Newton – 16:19.91 | OVERALL CHAMPION 4th Overall – Dash Thacker | 16:51.03 6th Overall – Brady Newton | 17:03.51 7th Overall – Walt Brazil | 17:04.57 Kolden Carpenter completed the Red Devils’ scoring five with a time of 18:30.05. Richmond also got strong performances from Trevin Crosby, Henry Christian, Robert Peacock and the rest of the Red Devil lineup.
