Lady Norse Varsity vs Manchester in Sectional play. Lose (5-0) After a few days of rain, the Peru Tennis Sectional was not only able to begin last Thursday evening, but unfortunately, end the season for the Lady Norse. Waiting until the first round of play was over to play perennial power Manchester, the Lady Norse began their match playing very well and composed. Unfortunately, the Lady Norse were unable to keep up with the talented squires and eventually lost. The night was highlighted by an excellent match at #1 singles, with Elli Baker going 3 sets before eventually losing to her opponent and the darkness. Great season girls! We are proud of you and thank you all for the wonderful tennis team memories!
