The Junior High girls basketball teams both fell to two very good Southwood teams on Tuesday night. The 7th grade kicked off the night losing a close one 18-22. Leading the way for the Norse was: Addy Hawkens - 6 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals Maguire Dyson - 5 points, 1 steal, Lydia Dubois - 2 points, 2 rebounds, 3 steals Cheyanne Wells - 2 points, 1 steal Bristal Foust - 2 points, 2 rebounds, 1 steal Cora Barnard - 1 point, 5 rebounds, 2 steals The 8th grade Lady Norse faced a very tall and athletic Southwood team. The Norse did a great job defensively as Tenley Kuhn and Miranda Meyer held Southwood's two leading scorers to single digits while guarding them. The Norse fell to the Knights 31-10. Leading the way for the Norse was Miranda Meyer with 6 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal. Other scorers were: Tenley Kuhn - 2 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assist, 2 steals Vivian Rife - 2 points, 2 assist, 1 steal The Norse look to bounce back Thursday against Peru at home.
