Haupert & Aderman Advance to Regionals

The boys varsity track team traveled to Marion Thursday evening to compete in the IHSAA Sectionals. The team finished 9th out of 14 teams with 17 points. Winning the meet was Marion & Oak Hill who tied with 118 points. Tyler Haupert finished 3rd in Pole Vault allowing him to move on and compete in Regionals this Thursday at Ft. Wayne Carroll. Blake Aderman will also be moving on to compete at Regionals in the 110 High Hurdles following his 5th place finish at sectionals. 3rd Place: Pole Vault- Tyler Haupert 12'6" PR & Regional Qualifier 5th Place: 110mH Hurdles- Blake Aderman 16.14 PR & Regional Qualifier 6th Place: 4x800- Brayden Rice, Logan Lyons, Mason Lyons, Ryan Brunett 8:24.71 PR Pole Vault- Brayden Rice 10' 6" 8th Place: 4x400- Brayden Rice, Ryland Miller, Mason Lyons, Ryan Brunett 3:42.79 PR Non Scoring Athletes with Personal Bests: Tyler Haupert 11.93 & Cayden Amburgey 12.56 (100m); Cayden Amburgey 26.05 & Isaiah Widemon 26.84 (200m); Ashton Aderman 13:20.88 (3200m); James Sisco 40'10" (Shot Put)
