Northfield split their round robin tournament with Lapel and Mississinewa on Saturday. The Norse dominated the first game lead by Brandon Mckillip on the mound. Mckillip had the game of his career throwing a complete game 1 hitter with 2BB, 10K, and 0ER. On offense Leming, Pratt, Dubois, Holmes, and Martin each added a hit to help the Northfield offense score 7 runs. The Norse dug themselves a hole early against Mississinewa giving up 12 runs in the first 2 innings and couldn't fight their way back. Northfield is back in action tonight against Lewis Cass.
