Our middle school cross country teams ran awesome races despite the heat at Oakhill on Thursday against Oakhill and Southwood. Hudson Texiera took 1st place for the boy's race in 11:15, Gabriel Hyden finished in 12:09, Declan Haupert in 14:04, James Nesler in 15:32, Bryson Sanders in 17:02, Braylon Frieden in 17:29 and Carson McClure in 18:28. Great job to all the boys in a great race! In our girls race- Audrey Hawkens came in 4th overall with a time of 13:42, Brynley Rice followed with a time of 14:19, Kailynn Beeks in 15:43, Emma Steller in17:22 and Faye Leffert in 19:22. Great Job, Ladies! All our Cross Country teams compete at South Adams on Saturday.
