It was a beautiful day for the Three Rivers Conference tournament on Saturday morning. It was an even better day to be a Lady Norse. For the very first time in school history, the Lady Norse are crowned the 2026 TRC Champions firing a school record of 345, breaking their own record that they set last season of a 348. Everyone brought their A-game today as it was a group effort all around. The senior trio of Ayla Dale, Addy Sorg, and Viv Haupert led the way for the Norse in their final conference tournament wearing a Norse uniform. Senior Ayla Dale led the squad today with an impressive 83, putting her 3rd overall and earning all-conference honors. Addy Sorg was right behind Dale with another fantastic score of 84, earning her 5th overall and also earning all-conference honors. Viv Haupert shot a 86, which included a very impressive score of 39 on the back nine, earning her all-conference honors with a 6th place finish individually. Sophomore standout Kassidy Cartwright had herself a great day on the golf course firing a 92, earning a 10th place overall finish and all-conference honors. Rounding out the scoring was Junior Montgomrie Dawes who also fired a great score for the Norse with a 102. The Lady Norse are now 45-3 on the season, which ties the school record for most wins in a season. The Lady Norse look to defend their perfect match play record next week as they host Huntington North on Wednesday, September 16th, in their final regular season match of the season.
