The JH Norse football team got a nice win at Maconaquah on Tuesday. The Norse defeated the Braves 22-0. The offensive effort was led by Brayden Poe who had 2 touchdowns, one conversion, and a total of 59 rushing yards. Keagon Prus rushed for 44, added 20 receiving yards, and recorded a 60 yard "Pick 6" TD. Rounding out the offensive effort was Ezra Williams with 14 yards rushing and Adler Zwiebel who made a nice catch for 12 yards. The defense was anchored by Brayden Poe with 8.5 tackles, Keagon Prus with 4.5 tackles, and Ezra Williams who added 3 tackles. The Norse (1-0) travel to Manchester to face the Squires on Tuesday September 1st. Kick-off is set for 5:30pm.
