The Lady Norse travelled to Marion Elks Golf Club on Thursday night to face the Marion Giants. The Norse came out on top winning 176-252. Senior Viv Haupert carried the team shooting her career low and overall medalist with a very impressive 40. Sophomore Kassidy Cartwright and senior Ayla Dale fired 44 and 45, and rounding out the scoring was Addy Sorg with a 47. Junior Ali Copeland had another career night as she shot a new career low with a 51. Senior duo Mikayla Meyer and Millie Higgins also shot their career lows with 59, and freshmen Ryleigh Drudge rounded out the night of career lows with a 66. The Lady Norse are now 25-3 on the season and return to action Tuesday, August 25th, as they head back to Round Barn to face Tipp Valley in a make up match. Shotgun start at 4:30pm.
