Madison-Grant Varsity Argylls got on the board in the top of the second inning after P Howard doubled to center field, and Baylee Chapel grounded into a fielder's choice, each scoring one run. Madison-Grant Varsity Argylls added one run in the third, making the score 3-1. Ali Copeland singled down the right field line following a 6-pitch at-bat, which helped Northfield Varsity Norseman tie the game at five in the bottom of the fifth.
