The Lady Norse 7th grade kicked off the night against a very aggressive Southwood team. They ended up falling 33-5. Leading the way for the Norse was Paisly Swanson with 4 points and Kassidy Prater with 1 point. The Norse look to make a tournament run as they host Lewis Cass in the RRC tournament. The Lady Norse 8th grade had one of their best games of the season defeating county rival, Southwood 39-25. The Norse came out hot in the first half leading 23-10, which included a Bristal Foust half court swoosh that gave momentum to the Norse. The Norse were super scrappy forcing 20 Southwood turnovers. They were led by Addie Hawkens with an impressive 14 points, followed by Bristal Foust and Maguire Dyson each with 9 points. Rounding out the scoring was Izzy Sea with 4 points and Elaina Harrington with 3 points. They look to take the momentum into the RRC tournament as they host Peru on Thursday night.
