The Lady Norse travelled to Caston on Monday night. The 7th grade fell to Caston 24-4. Leading the way for the Norse was Auttie Fulkerson with all 4 points. The Norse return to action in their final regular season home game against Eastern this Wednesday. The Lady Norse 8th grade battled against a taller Caston team. It was a back and forth battle all night. The Norse were down 5 halfway through the 4th quarter and made a comeback by a couple baskets by Izzy Sea and then a made bucket by Bristal Foust sent the game into overtime. The Norse ended up falling to the Comets 38-34. Leading the way for the Norse was Addie Hawkens with 11 points, followed by Elaina Harrington with 10 points, Bristal Foust chipped in 7 points, Izzy Sea knocked down some key shots throughout the game and had 4 points, and Cora Barnard rounded out the scoring with 2 points.
