Then, after a 2nd quarter where their intensity lagged, they picked it back up in the 2nd half to run away with a convincing 60 - 27 win over visiting Eastern Greene. Dylan Wickens and Henry Norris led Edgewood with 14 points each, while Carter Hayden scored 12 and Trae Shields added 10. In addition, Jack Ripley scored 5 points, Aiden Bing had 3 and Evan Jacobs had 2 points to complete the scoring for the Mustangs. Jacobs grabbed 9 rebounds, while also passing out 3 assists and collecting 5 steals to lead each of those categories for Edgewood, while Norris added 4 steals and Hayden and Bing added 3 apiece. The JV Mustangs finished their season a 3-game winning streak in which they outscored their opponents by a cumulative 210 - 103 margin to wrap up the year with a 10 - 8 record.
