Northview jumped out in front 15 - 0 before the Edgewood JV finally found their footing, but that initial deficit was too much to overcome in a 58 - 40 loss. The Mustangs turned the ball over 18 times and missed several point-blank attempts, thwarting any chance at a comeback. Carter Hayden scored 10 points, while Dylan Wickens and Henry Norris added 9 points each to lead Edgewood. Finally, Aiden Bing scored 5 points, Trae Shields had 4 and Jack Ripley had 3 points to complete the scoring. Wickens, Norris and Hayden all had 4 rebounds for the Mustangs, and Bing had 3 steals to lead those categories. The Edgewood JV is back in action on Friday evening when the travel to Mitchell.
