Edgewood led by a point at the end of the first quarter, then stretched their lead to 11 midway through the second period at 23 - 12. Unfortunately, from there they gave up a 10 - 0 run to end the half, and a similar run to start the 3rd quarter that led to a 61 - 54 loss to visiting Bedford North Lawrence. Carson Huttenlocker had 19 points to lead the Mustangs, while Kam Ranard scored 9 and Caden Jones and Will Inman had 8 points each. In addition, AJ Norris scored 4 points, Carl Norris had 3, Reece Roberts scored 2, and Owen McGovern had 1 point to complete the scoring for Edgewood. Jones led with 5 rebounds, while AJ Norris had 7 assists and Huttenlocker added 4 to lead those categories for the Mustangs. Edgewood is back in action next Friday evening when they host West Vigo in a Western Indiana Conference matchup.
