Edgewood fell from the ranks of the unbeaten with a disappointing 68 - 54 loss to Bloomfield. The Mustangs struggled with Bloomfield's very physical defense and were unable to get into a flow offensively. Kam Ranard led the scoring for Edgewood with 13 points, followed by Caden Jones with 11 and Owen McGovern and Will Inman with 8 points apiece. In addition, Carson Huttenlocker and Carl Norris scored 5 points each and AJ Norris and Nolan Reynolds both had 2 points to complete the scoring for Edgewood. Ranard and McGovern both had 5 rebounds and AJ Norris had 4 assists to lead those categories for the Mustangs. Edgewood next plays on Friday evening when they host Indian Creek in Western Indiana Conference play.
