Edgewood women came out strong from the start. Zhenia Venegas scored 2 goals early, 8 minutes and 22 minutes into the game. Kimmie Franklin also scored off an assist from Kinsey Rose. Rayne Venegas added in a good goal with an assist from Parker Witt. In the second half Sam Thompson scored and Kimmie Franklin scored again, along with an own goal that Parker Witt helped force. Macey Crider had a quiet night with 3 saves. The Mustangs are working hard and playing well together. Edgewood is back in action on Monday at Sullivan.
