The Wabash Middle School Boys Cross Country Team finished 3rd in the Wildcat Classic at Indiana Wesleyan University Saturday morning. Jeffery Small led the way finishing in 6th place with a new personal record of 10:49. Kedryn Evenson was close behind in 9th place. Demetri Shull and Easton Cantrell finished almost identically coming in 22nd and 23rd at 12:00. Macklin Denney came in 37th dropping almost 40 seconds off his personal best time. Phoenix Brown came in 52nd also with a new PR. Alex Perkins was right behind in 55th. Aiden Young came in 83rd, and Lukas Rojas 97th. Finn Fairchild (17:10), Barrett Benzinger (17:22), and Isaac Mattern (19:24) nailed down substantial personal records in the race.
