Wabash Boys Soccer earned their second win of the season by besting Lapel 3-1. Caleb Daugherty opened his scoring account with a goal in the 14th minute. After a Lapel equalizer, Daugherty scored his second of the game with 8 minutes to go in the first half. Max Carpenter sneaked a tricky shot past the goalkeeper late in the half to wrap up the scoring for the game. Wabash looked good in the second half behind inspired play by Javi Hernandez, Jose Robles and Owen Honeycutt. Ty Carpenter made several key passes to help the Apaches secure the ball and the win. Next, Wabash faces Eastern Saturday morning at home.
