Wabash High School

The Apache Boys Basketball team opened Sectional play on Tuesday at Cass and pulled off a 56-48 win over Rochester to advance to Fridays semi-final against Pioneer. Wabash, now 18-5 on the season, held a 2 point lead at the half and extended the lead to 8 after 3 quarters of play. The Apaches took Rochesters best shot in the 4th but took care of business down the stretch to pull out the win. Grant Ford led the Apaches with 21 points while Trevor Daughtry added 16.
