Wabash High School

The Wabash Lady Apaches fall in their conference opener to Maconaquah with a score of 2-0. Junior goalkeeper Olivia Braun played a fantastic game with 12 saves on the day. Wabash was able to to apply offensive pressure and have multiple scoring opportunities, just unable to find the back of the net. Shots on goal today came from seniors Natalie Adams and Kiana Jones, juniors Graci Napier, Abbie Hipskind and Kait Honeycutt and sophomore Logan Wright. Graci had a strong performance in the center of the field winning possession of the ball and distributing well all game. Kiana Jones serviced the ball very well for the Apaches as well as leading the team defensively. The Lady Apaches move to 1-1 on the season. Wabash continues conference play on Tuesday at Rochester.
