Athletic Director
Jen Brooks
3149842809Jen Brooks is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator with more than 30 years of experience serving Ursuline Academy as its Athletic Director. A lifelong advocate for education-based athletics, Jen is deeply committed to developing student-athletes through programs that emphasize leadership, integrity, resilience, and community. Throughout her career, Jen has been a trailblazer in high school athletics, often navigating spaces where women were underrepresented. Rather than seeing that as a barrier, she has used her voice, experience, and credibility to help shape more inclusive and student-centered athletic environments. Her leadership philosophy centers on building strong relationships, mentoring coaches, and ensuring that athletics remains an extension of the school’s mission and values. Jen’s work and impact have been recognized at both the state and national levels. She was named the Missouri Athletic Administrator of the Year, received the NFHS Citation Award, and was honored with the NIAAA Bruce Whitehead Distinguished Service Award. She currently serves in leadership roles within state and national athletic administrator organizations and is passionate about professional development and mentorship for those entering the field. At Ursuline Academy, Jen oversees a comprehensive athletic program that prioritizes excellence, character development, and a culture of belonging. She is especially proud of the opportunities Ursuline athletics provides for young women to grow as confident leaders, teammates, and competitors. Outside of athletics, Jen values time with her family, meaningful conversations, travel, and good food. She believes deeply in the power of sport to shape lives and remains grateful for the privilege of serving the Ursuline community. -
