September 20th 2025 The Hamilton Lady Marines protected their home court on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Career Academy Blazers in four sets. Hamilton came out strong, dominating the first set 25-9 before dropping a close second set 22-25. The Lady Marines regrouped and closed out the match with two convincing wins, 25-17 and 25-14. Tristen Creager led the offensive attack with 17 kills, while Emalynn Kline added 6 kills of her own. Behind the service line, Marissa Mercer was unstoppable, racking up 7 aces. Teigann Freed anchored the defense with 7 digs, and Akira Geeraedts was a force at the net with 2 solo blocks. The Lady Marines will be back in action on September 29th as they host their annual Pinkout Against Cancer Night. Come out and support the team and a great cause!
