September 9th 2025 The Hamilton Marines girls golf team traveled to Cobblestone Golf Course on Monday evening for a four-way match against Angola, Churubusco, and Central Noble. The teams faced off on the front nine, a par-36 course. Angola came out on top with a team score of 192, followed by Churubusco with 221, Hamilton with 222, and Central Noble with 227. Hamilton’s standout of the night was Bella Rivera, who earned medalist honors with a first-place finish. Rivera shot a 43, three strokes ahead of the next competitor. She highlighted her round with a birdie on the 5th hole and pars on both the 6th and 8th. Also contributing for the Marines were Haley Ellert with a 57, Karly Nester with a 60, and Lilli Dager with a 62. The Marines return to action tonight as they head to Lake James to take on Fremont High School.
