Monday August 24th 2026 The Hamilton Marines begin another action-packed week of athletics, with teams competing across northeast Indiana in golf, volleyball, and cross country. Monday’s schedule features three road events. The varsity girls golf team travels to McMillen Golf Course for a 4:30 p.m. match against South Side High School. The JV and varsity volleyball teams visit Bishop Luers, with action beginning at 6:00 p.m. Hamilton’s fifth- through eighth-grade cross country runners will also compete against Elkhart Christian Academy at First Baptist Church of Elkhart. On Wednesday, the varsity girls golf team returns to the course for a three-team match against Prairie Heights and Angola at Cedar Lake Golf Course. Thursday brings a full evening of volleyball. Hamilton’s seventh- and eighth-grade teams travel to Prairie Heights Middle School for a 5:30 p.m. match, while the JV and varsity teams are right next door at the high school starting at 6:00 p.m. Back in Hamilton, the fifth- and sixth-grade volleyball team will host Prairie Heights in the Marines’ first home athletic event of the 2026–27 school year. The week concludes Saturday morning with three events. The varsity boys cross country team competes in the Baron Classic at DeKalb High School beginning at 9:30 a.m. Hamilton’s middle school volleyball teams will travel to Elkhart Christian Academy, with the fifth- and sixth-grade match scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and the seventh- and eighth-grade match following at 11:00 a.m. Good luck to all of our Hamilton Marines competing this week!
