Fairfield High School Welcomes Riley Anderson as New Head Volleyball Coach

GOSHEN, IN – Fairfield High School is proud to announce Riley Anderson, as the new Head Varsity Volleyball Coach. Anderson, a former four-year varsity starter for the Falcons, returns to her alma mater with an elite coaching pedigree and a proven track record of championship success. After a stellar high school career, she became a four-year varsity letter winner and three-year captain at Anderson University. Her transition into coaching was equally impressive, marked by her ability to mentor athletes across all levels, from club teams to collegiate powerhouses. Anderson brings a wealth of high-level experience to Fairfield, most notably from her tenure at Marian University (NAIA) from 2019 to 2022. During her time as an Interim Head Coach and Assistant, she helped lead the Knights to a staggering 117-17 record, including: An NAIA National Championship. Two Elite 8 appearances. Her individual accolades are equally prestigious. In 2021 alone, she was named the NAIA National Assistant Coach of the Year and the AVCA Mid-Central Region Assistant Coach of the Year. She has also been recognized as one of the top young minds in the sport, earning a spot on the American Volleyball Coaches Association "30 Under 30" list. "Riley brings an unparalleled level of expertise and winning culture to Fairfield.
