Rochestert Admin Information: 2025 Rochester Girls Wrestling Invitational Saturday, November 22nd, 2025 Rochester High School Teams: Chesterton, Crown Point, Fort Wayne North, Hobart, Illiana Christian, John Glenn, Lakeland, Maconaquah, Manchester, Mishawaka, New Haven, North Miami, Northfield, NorthWood, Penn, Peru, Plymouth, Rochester, Wabash, Warsaw, Wawasee, & Whitko **Note: More schools could be added between now and November 22nd**. Times:7:00 Doors open to the building - Teams only! 7:30 Weigh-in begins (Aux Gym) 8:00 Doors open to the public 8:45 Coaches meeting with Trny Dir/Athletic Trainer/Officials 9:00 Wrestling begins Admission: ALL DAY PASS $10.00 – Children 5 and under free. Tickets will be sold at the door. Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each weight class. Details: We will be running 4 mats in the main gym. We will run 2-2-2 periods on the championship side of the bracket and 2-1-1 on the backside of the bracket. NFHS Weight Classes: 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 155, 170, 190, 235. Entry Fee: $20/wrestler or $200 if you have more than 10 wrestlers. Meet Director: Brooke Carlton - brcarlton1724@gmail.com Locker Rooms: Locker Rooms will be available for teams to use. The locker rooms will not be locked. Please be responsible for your team’s valuables. NO cooking, coolers, or glass in the locker rooms. Food and Coolers: Food and Coolers used for the teams are permitted, but must be kept in the Team Area only. Parents are not permitted to bring coolers. The Aux Gym will be available for Teams to have coolers and meals. Hospitality Room: We will have a hospitality room for bus drivers, coaches, and table workers only. No managers or extras will be allowed in the hospitality room. Roster: You will fill out the USA Bracketing roster online using the link. The link will be sent out in a separate email. Seeding: We will be using USA Bracketing. We ask that ALL roster information be submitted into USA Bracketing no later than Wednesday, November 19th at NOON. The following are the criteria we will use IF we cannot get USA Bracketing to successfully seed: 1. We will use super basic seeding by trying to separate all IHSGW State Placers away from each other in brackets. If two wrestlers place the same, we will go by alphabetical order for the seeds. Brackets: We will have projectors and brackets on USA Bracketing. This tournament is VARSITY ONLY. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if a wrestler will not be in attendance.
