PRIVIT ONLINE PROCESS Privit Portal: https://brownsburgbulldogs-in.e-ppe.com/index.jspa Brownsburg Athletics has moved to a completely paperless clearance process. This process includes a paperless IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical. If you completed the online process last school year year, you do not need to re-enter all of your information. You will be able to login and update your profile. (RETURNING USERS: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. THIS WILL PUT YOU IN THE SYSTEM TWICE). If you are a new user please create an account and follow the directions below. Step 1: Register an account in the parent name Step 2: Add athlete(s) to your account - On the Home page click the Add Member button on the left side of the page. (This allows you to add your student/athlete to your account. You can add as many additional family members as necessary.) Step 3: Complete the personal details section for the athlete. Step 4: Complete/update the pre-participation history and all other forms sections for the athlete. IMPORTANT to click 'SUBMIT' at the end of the process. Step 5: Join team(s) Step 6: Upload physical forms - You will need to either scan the document into your computer or take a photo of the document with your tablet or smartphone.
