Greg Younger is currently the Athletic Director at Lakeshore High School, where he is entering his 16th year in the role after joining the school in the 2010-11 academic year. Over the course of his tenure, he has overseen the growth and success of Lakeshore’s athletic programs, helping to build a strong foundation of excellence for student-athletes and the broader school community. Prior to his time at Lakeshore, Younger served as the Athletic Director at Dowagiac High School from 2004 to 2010. His career in education and athletics also includes a significant period as an Assistant Football Coach and Sports Information Director at Hillsdale College from 1995 to 2001. In addition to his coaching and administrative work, Younger gained professional experience as the Human Resources Manager and Staff Accountant at Schaffer & Layher, LLC, where he worked from 2001 to 2004. During this period, he also contributed to Lakeshore High School’s football program as an Assistant Coach under Coach Denny Dock. A 1991 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School and a 1995 graduate of Hillsdale College, Younger’s career has been deeply rooted in both athletics and education. His diverse experience and passion for student-athlete development have made him a respected leader in the Lakeshore community.
