Registration is open for ALL HIGH SCHOOL and MIDDLE SCHOOL Sports. Please be sure to select the correct level of sport when registering your son/daughter (6th graders are only eligible to participate in Cross Country, Sideline Cheer and Wrestling at the MS level- all other MS sports are 7th and 8th grade only. MS Soccer is a club sport at the MS level and does not require registration through Final Forms - for more information on MS Soccer please reach out to Paul Carteaux at CoachPaul79@comcast.net). Listed below are several reminders about what ALL athletes must have completed prior to the first day of official fall practices/tryouts. The sooner you register your son/daughter, the better so that coaches can communicate via FINAL FORMS about any offseason/pre-season workouts and meetings. HS Tryouts/practices for fall sports begin on 8/11/25 and MS Tryouts/Practices for fall sports begin on 8/25/25 - Coaches will be in communication through the FINAL FORMS Registration system via email as to times and locations of first tryouts/practices. The same information will be posted on the athletic website in early August (lakeshorelancerathletics.com). ONLINE Registration is required for ALL sports Lakeshorelancerathletics.com is the website used for the online registration and FINAL FORMS is the registration software that we use to register our athletes. You will see the “Athletic Registration” or “FINAL FORMS” button in the banner area at the top of the page. After clicking the button, you will be taken to the Registration page where you will begin the process of making an account (returning users upon completion of setting up your account will also login here in the future). Reminder that once you have created your Family Account, you must use the same account (DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS) If you have multiple student athletes in your household, then you can create as many registrations for as many sports and/or student athletes as you need to however you should always do so under ONE single account for your household. Participation Fees ALL Participation fees are expected to be paid through the online registration account. The fees are DUE ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE your child’s first competition/game of the season. Please do not pay the fee until the teams are selected to avoid a refund situation should your son/daughter not make the team during tryouts. If you need financial assistance for the fee, please contact Athletic Director, Greg Younger at gyounger@lpslancer.net Sports Physicals ALL sports physicals will be uploaded by the parents during the online registration process. Most parents/athletes will scan BOTH SIDES of the physical using their smart phone or simply take a picture of BOTH SIDES of the physical and upload it to the system. If you have not been able to get your son or daughter’s physical yet and can’t get them in to see your primary care physician prior to the tryout/practice start date, WellNow (formerly MedExpress) located at 1803 M-139, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 (in front of Dunham’s) is open daily from 8am-8pm and will do sports physicals for $40.00. No appointment is necessary as it is a walk-in clinic.
