Full-Year Sports Registration Now Open! Registration is officially open for all High School and Middle School sports. ⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS: Register for the Full Year: Please register your athlete for all sports they plan to play during the entire school year, not just fall sports. Coaches across all seasons use our registration software, FinalForms, to communicate vital off-season/pre-season workouts, meetings, and updates. Registering now ensures you won't miss crucial team communications. Hold Off on Participation Fees: Do NOT pay any athletic participation fees until the Friday BEFORE your child's first official contest/game in each respective sport. Please wait until teams are officially selected to avoid unnecessary refund situations. Important Dates & Details High School Tryouts/Practices: Begin 8/10/26 Middle School Tryouts/Practices (7th & 8th Grade Only): Begin 8/17/26 (Note: 6th graders are only eligible for Cross Country, Sideline Cheer, and Wrestling). MS Soccer is a club sport and not registered for on Final Forms.. Schedules: Specific times and locations will be posted on the Lakeshore Athletics Website in early August. 1. Online Registration via FinalForms Online registration is required for ALL sports. Visit lakeshorelancerathletics.com and click the "FINAL FORMS" button in the banner area to create or log into your account. Family Accounts: You must use the same single family account for all student-athletes in your household. Do not create multiple accounts. * All athletes must be registered and cleared prior to the first day of official practices or tryouts. 2. Sports Physicals Upload Requirement: ALL sports physicals must be uploaded by parents directly into the system during the online registration process. You can scan BOTH SIDES of the physical form using a smartphone or simply take a clear picture of BOTH SIDES to upload. Valid Date: To be valid for the 2026–2027 school year, the physical must be dated on or after April 15, 2026. Need a Physical? If you cannot get an appointment with your primary care physician before tryouts start, WellNow (formerly MedExpress) offers sports physicals for $40.00. No appointment is necessary as it is a walk-in clinic. Location: 1803 M-139, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 (in front of Dunham's) Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 3. Participation Fees All participation fees must be paid through your online FinalForms account. As noted above, fees are due on the Friday BEFORE your child's first competition of that sport's season.
