SOUTH BEND, IN — The City of South Bend and South Bend Venues Parks & Arts are ready to hit a grand slam with a $3 million state-funded renovation of the Byers Softball Complex. As a result, the 2025 spring and summer season will be played at the listed City park field locations: - Boehm Park field - Walker Park field - Potawatomi Park field - Boland Park field Byer’s Softball complex has hosted various tournaments, including national championships for USA Softball. From recreational leagues to nationally ranked fast-pitch and slow-pitch tournaments, as well as youth baseball and softball events, the fields have hosted athletes of all skill levels.
