Richmond came into Stevenson wanting to send a message not just to every other team in different divisions there but a message to the state that Blue Is Back! The lady Blue Devils went on the mat with the biggest crowd they had in the gym and it showed as they came out hot and took the lead after round 1 scoring a 232.80 with Flat Rock trailing with a 226.00. Round 2 came out great with some high jumps and great vocals that would remain them in 1st place behind the Rams of Flat Rock! Round 2 score for Richmond was a 216.46 Sub Total was 449.26 and Flat Rock's round 2 score was a 212.72 and a Sub Total of 438.72. It all came down to Round 3 with Richmond being the last team to come out to conclude the meet every single team was sitting on the side of the mat excited to see Richmond. Boy did it not disappoint as they would have a season high score in Round 3 with a 317.5 that would give them an overall score of 766.76 to Flat Rock's 755.72 overall score. That would give the Blue Devils the WIN at Stevenson H.S! Their next competition will be this Friday at Fraser H.S 5:30! #WBLB #GoBlueDevils
