The Pendleton Heights freshman football team earned a dominant 34-0 victory over Mt. Vernon. The defense set the tone, with Gage Apple pulling down two interceptions and Josiah Bussell returning another 100 yards for a pick-six. Randy Smith was a force up front, recording multiple sacks to stifle the Marauder offense. On the other side of the ball, quarterback Kaden Rich connected for three touchdown passes, all to Bussell, as the Arabians put together a complete performance in all phases of the game.
