What a great weather night for girls golf. PHHS traveled to Edgewood to play Lapel and Heritage Christian in a 3 way match. The Lady Arabians had their best 9 hole match score of 185, but it wasn't quite up to par as HC nugged us out with a 184 and Lapel had a great score of 162. 6 girls traveled and the top 4 scores counted. Medalist for the Arabians, was Junior, Kiersten Dujmovich with a 42, who started off the match with a birdie on hole #2. Senior, Morgan Bricker was right behind with a 43. Two nice rounds for these ladies. Senior, Olivia Haugh shot a 55 and just couldn't seem to score better than a 6 or 7. Junior, Ava Reed had a nice round of 50. I know she can do better and she keeps working hard. Senior, Claire Bowman also carded a 50 and had 2 pars on the day. Freshman, Ella Williams was our second 55 of the night at her debut in a varsity match. She mentioned "it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be". Ella also managed to par hole 6. Great job tonight ladies. We keep getting better every match. Keep up the good work for Senior Night tomorrow against Greenfield Central at 5pm.
