It was another great weather day for golf as the Lady Arabians took on the Yorktown Tigers. All 10 girls played in the match. We split them into 2 groups of Varsity and JV. The Tigers got the W, with a 184 and PH 198. The girls seemed to hit a theme of 6 or 7 on may holes, 19 of them in fact. That 6 or 7 on those holes really hurt the teams score. Medalist for the Arabians was Senior, Morgan Bricker with 41 which is the best she has done in a 9 hole match this year. Junior, Ava Reed said the best part of her night was getting par on both par5's. Yorktown also won the JV match, where 6 or 7 was on a roll again. Medalist for the Arabians on the JV match was Ella Williams with a 54, which is her PB during a match. It was a rough night but we always do the best we can and it just wasn't enough on Thursday. Have a great holiday weekend and be ready on Tuesday to work hard at practice where we will stop with the 6 or 7. Our next match is a 3 way match at the Players Club where we will have a chance to take on the Tigers again and the Delta Eagles.
