It was the Coolest night for a golf match. We did get a little rain, but the girls powered on. The Lady Arabians faced off against the HSE Royals. 9 girls played tonight. We played a top 5 and 4 of our young ladies played a practice round facing an opponent from HSE. This was great experience for the new girls playing. HSE won the match by shooting an astounding 147 to our 194. Medalist for the Arabians was Junior, Kiersten Dujmovich with a 43. Kiersten was the only birdie tonight for the Arabians on hole 6. Senior, Morgan Bricker followed with a 48. Junior, Ava Reed 50, Seniors, Olivia Haugh and Claire Bowman carded 53 each. Senior, Tori Apo had another round at 59. Freshman, Ella Williams finally broke that 60 mark with a nice 57. She just keeps getting better, keep up the good work. Sophomore, Ava Stafford had a much better round tonight with a 54. Junior, Lyla Holbert in her first official match against an opponent scored a 66. Really proud of these young ladies that are just starting out and giving it their all. They keep getting better and better every practice and they seem to like it. No ice cream tonight, but we did enjoy some homemade chocolate chip cookies before the match.
