Pendleton Heights is proud to host the IHSAA Volleyball Sectional #9 and looks forward to all of our visitors from the competing schools. Details for the volleyball sectional can be found below. Participants: Anderson, Greenfield-Central, Mt. Vernon, Muncie Central, Pendleton Heights, Richmond, and Yorktown. Sectional Schedule: Session 1: Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:00 pm Session 2: Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 6:00 pm | 7:30 pm Session 3: Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 10:00 am | 11:30 am Session 4: Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm Tickets: Single Session tickets will cost $7.00 per person (Grade K+). There are no longer all-session passes offered. Per the request of the IHSAA, digital tickets will be utilized for this tournament. Ticket links for all sessions can be found below. Fans may purchase in advance or at the gate with a credit card. We will also have a cash option at the gate for those that are unable to purchase digital tickets. Entry: Spectators should enter Door 3N marked for spectators. Seating: Each team playing will have a section of bleachers marked with a sign. Seating will be general admission within each section. School administrators should help monitor your team’s section. For Tuesday's opening round match, spectators should sit in the following areas: Muncie Central - NE end of gym (behind team bench) Greenfield-Central - SW end of gym (opposite of team bench) Yorktown - NW end of gym (opposite of team bench) Mt. Vernon - SE of gym (behind team bench) Home Team: The home team is the bottom team in the bracket. The home team shall have the choice of the bench except when playing Pendleton Heights. Pendleton Heights will always use the south bench. Concessions: Concessions will be available at the south end of the gym in the hallway. Cash and credit is accepted. Restrictions: Balloons; signs/banners; artificial noise makers; live animals; large bags; athletic balls/equipment Advancement: The sectional winner will advance to the IHSAA Regional on 10/26/24 at Greenfield-Central High School.
