The weather was wonderful for the three way match tonight with Delta and Yorktown. We did not come away with an overall win. Delta was the winner with a score of 193. PHHS was second with a score of 193 and Yorktown with a 200. We didn't play our best on our home course. Medalist for the Arabians was Senior, Zoe Lawrence with a 45 and 2 pars on the night. Senior, Addison Summerall didn't have her best round and we are to leave it at that. She did have 1 par. Senior, Leila Reef had 2 pars and a solid 48. Rounding out our top 4 was Junior, Morgan Bricker with 2 pars and also had a 48. Senior, Kaylee Smith shot a 62. I believe we really need to work on our chipping as a team. We could have shaved at least 10 strokes off our scores is our chipping was better. The rest of the team also played for practice. Sophomore, Kiersten Dujmovich had a wonderful round with 2 pars and 1 birdie with a score of 45. Great job Kiki. Junior, Olivia Haugh had 1 par and finished with a 48. Junior Claire Bowman had 1 par and a 52. Freshman, Bella Shetterley had a 55. Sophomore, Ava Reed a 55, Reese Chadburn a 65 and Delaney Mort a 59. Keep up the good work, it's going to get better as you practice more and more. This was also our time to celebrate our Seniors. We enjoyed our Senior night with pizza and stories. The Senior girls did a great job with their speeches and words of wisdom. I on the other hand did the usual and messed it up. I will work on this to be more prepared for our end of the year banquet.
