By Michael Smith | May 24, 2024 2:19 PM

The Arabian offense broke out on Saturday as they plated a run in all but one inning. They withstood a furious Connersville rally in the seventh as well to hang on for the 9-7 victory. Offensively, every starter recorded a hit or an RBI on the day. Jordan Williamson went 2-3 with a double, walk, an RBI, and three runs scored. Rylan Keesling also had a two hit afternoon with a walk and an RBI. Clint Miller went 1-4 with a double, three RBIs, and a run scored. On the mound, Landon Oler turned in a stellar performance as he went six innings pitched of two-hit baseball. He walked no one and allowed no runs, while striking out six to earn the win. With the victory, the Arabians finish the regular season with a 16-10 record. The will next be in action when they take on Mt. Vernon in the opening round of sectional play. That game is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm on May 23 at New Palestine High School.
