The Arabians went down in order the first three innings before the bats came alive in the fourth. A four run fourth, along with an insurance run added in the sixth proved more than enough for Arabian pitchers who held the Cougars in check for only two runs on the day. Offensively, Ty Frakes went 1-3 with a double and a run scored. Jordan Williamson went 1-3 with a walk, double, two RBIs, and two runs scored. He also added a stolen base. On the mound Brayden Stevenson turned in another quality start. He scattered four hits across six innings pitched. He allowed two runs and struck out four en route to earning the win. Colin Axel-Adams came on in the seventh and earned the save. He allowed no runs on one hit and fanned one Cougar via the strikeout. The Arabians bump their overall record to 12-6 with the win and find themselves at 5-5 in conference play. The Arabians will be back in action Friday night as the travel to Shenandoah to take on the Raiders. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30pm.
