Arabians Handle Business In Game One Against Lafayette Jeff

The Arabians rebounded after two, one-run losses earlier in the week, with a solid win on the road against the Lafayette Jeff Bronchos. The Arabians pounded out thirteen hits and scored nine runs, while the pitching and defense held the Bronchos scoreless. Multiple hitters went for multiple hit days. Jackson Grile led the way offensively going 3-3 with two runs, and an RBI. Clint Miller went 2-3 with a run scored and three RBIs. Mazon Saxon went 2-4 with a run scored. Colin Axel-Adams went 2-3 with a run scored and Rylan Keesling went 2-4 on the day as well. Brayden Stevenson earned the win on the day going three innings pitched. He allowed no runs, on one hit, striking out two. Landon Oler followed Stevenson and threw three innings. He gave up no runs, no hits, and struck out three. Caden Sims threw the final inning and allowed no runs, on one hit, and struck out one. The Arabians will look to sweep the Bronchos in game two of the Saturday double-header.
