As in past years, Pendleton Heights Athletics will be offering all high school and middle school athletes summer strength and conditioning opportunities. All sessions are designed by Strength and Conditioning Coach, Jed Richman, along with the input from Athletic Trainer, Chris Chambers. Pendleton Heights coaches from a variety of sports will assist in supervision and training. The following is the schedule the program will follow this summer: Monday/Wednesday (8:00-9:30) Boys Basketball Baseball Football Boys Wrestling Monday/Wednesday (9:30-10:45) Girls Basketball Volleyball Softball Cheer Girls Wrestling Girls/Boys Swimming Monday/Wednesday (10:45-11:45) PHMS - Incoming 7th and 8th graders Monday/Wednesday (12:00-1:15) Girls/Boys Cross Country Girls/Boys Track Girls/Boys Golf Girls/Boys Tennis Girls Wrestling *Girls and Boys Soccer have arranged alternative workout times that will be communicated from the head coaches* Important Dates: June 3: First day of summer program July 1-7: IHSAA Moratorium July 29-August 4: PHHS Winter/Spring Sport Moratorium (Fall may hold workouts) Please note that the above listed days/times are only for the strength and conditioning portion of the summer. Head coaches will be communicating open facility schedules in the coming days prior to the end of school.
