Arabians Rally To Beat Lapel Held to a single run through the first six innings, the Arabians were able to break through for four runs in the top of the seventh to secure a come from behind win against a tough pitcher. The win advanced the Arabians on to the next round of the Nick Muller Madison County Tournament. At the plate, Jordan Williamson led the way going 2-4 with two RBIs and a stolen base. He put the game out of reach with a huge two-out hit in the top of the seventh to plate two runners and extend the lead. Another big hit came from the bat of Bo Surface. He came up in the top of the seventh as a pinch-hitter and laced a line drive to left-center to put runners on the corners, leading to the big four-run inning. On the mound, Colton Frank turned in another quality start. He went five innings giving up two earned runs on three hits and striking out eight. Jameson Walford finished the game and earned the win. In his two innings of work, he allowed no runs on a single hit while striking out four. The Arabians advance to the semi-finals of the tournament where they will face off against Anderson. The game is scheduled for 5:00pm on Saturday at Oak Hill High School.
