Arabian Bats Come Alive To Split Season Series With Tigers After the Arabians could muster only three hits in game one, Pendleton Heights jumped on the Tigers early and kept the pressure on throughout the game scoring twelve runs on ten hits to earn a split in the Saturday, conference double-header. Jordan Williamson again paced the Arabians at the plate going 2-3 with a walk, sacrifice fly, and three RBIs. Colin Axel-Adams reached safely four times going 2-2 with a single, double, two walks, three runs, and two RBIs. Ty Frakes and Kade Brown also notched multi-hit games en route to the win. Jacob Garner got the start and earned the win for the Arabians. He gave up two earned runs on five hits, while striking out three. Landon Oler and Caden Sims came in to close out the win. Oler allowed no runs while striking out three over 1.2 innings and Sims pitched a spotless one inning while striking out two of the three Tigers he faced. The win moves the Arabians to 5-2 on the season and 3-1 in the conference. The Madison County tournament begins this next week. Pendleton Heights will be in action next Wednesday, as they await the winner of the Lapel-Frankton matchup.
