Ordering Varsity Letter Jackets

To be eligible to order a varsity letter jacket, a student-athlete must receive a Letter Certificate from a varsity sport at Pendleton Heights. Letter Certificates are distributed by the student-athlete's head coach at the end of the athletic season. After receiving their first Letter Certificate, a student-athlete is eligible to order a jacket. Early orders are not permitted. Student-athletes have two options for ordering a jacket. Ordering information can be found below: Option 1: Online Visit www.phhsathletics Click on the Registration tab Fill out the online form Pay by credit card Option 2: Order in PHHS Athletics Department Complete the attached form Submit cash or check to PHHS Athletic Department Delivery: The turnaround time for a jacket after ordering varies due to supply availability. On average, allow 2-3 weeks for your jacket to arrive. All jackets will arrive at Pendleton Heights High School. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of the order. You can pay online by credit card, cash, or check. Fittings: It is highly recommended that the student-athlete tries on the sample jackets in the PHHS Athletic Department prior to ordering. All sales are final; no refunds.
