The junior varsity Lady Arabians fought til the last buzzer, but falling short 25-29 to the Mt. Vernon Marauders. With a slow start in the first quarter (2-10) Pendleton Heights had impressive defense which allowed the team to battle back 11-15 at the half. The Lady Arabians put on a show and tried their best to have another conference win, but ultimately fell to Mt. Vernon. Vernon Marauders on Saturday afternoon. The first quarter featured back-and-forth scoring from both teams, but the Arabians took control in the second, holding the Marauders to just three points. Olivia Jones led the early momentum with six points, while Mamie Trout and Aubree Warfel each added three. The Arabians came out strong in the second half and never let up, outscoring Mt. Vernon 31–12 after the break.
